Minor variations in color, embroidery, or embellishment placement may occur due to lighting, screen displays, or the nature of handwork. These small differences are a natural part of handcrafted items.

Order Confirmation & Acceptance

We reserve the right to approve or reject orders at our discretion. Orders are officially confirmed once you receive an email detailing the purchase and verifying compliance with our requirements.

Product Availability Issues

If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp. Although we are not liable for delays from the brands, customers may cancel the affected item(s).

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if the product received is damaged upon delivery. In all other cases, refunds will not be considered.

Chargeback

If a customer initiates a chargeback, our consultant team will carefully investigate the matter. Valid requests supported by genuine evidence will be processed accordingly. Unjustified or fraudulent claims may be disputed with proper documentation. We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before requesting a chargeback.

Handcrafted Product Notes

We strive to display accurate product details such as weight, color, handwork, and size. However, small differences may occur due to:

  • Lighting, photography, and monitor settings affecting color appearance
  • Fabric dyeing variations due to weather or material type
  • Handcrafted techniques like hand-dyeing, embroidery, and weaving, making each piece unique
  • Colors appearing slightly different on screens, especially dark shades or off-white tones

Handcrafted pieces may also show:

  • Textures or threads in silk/cotton fabrics, proving authenticity
  • One-of-a-kind hand-dyed and hand-embroidered details
  • Beads and sequins that may loosen during transit or wear—this is normal
