Delivery charges vary based on location and order weight. For domestic orders, fees depend on order value and may be revised periodically.
Shipping Schedules
Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed, our fulfillment team processes it within 2 business days. Shipping time begins after dispatch and varies depending on your location:
- Canada: Estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days.
- United States: Estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days.
Please note that shipping times are approximate and do not include order processing times. While we strive to deliver within the expected window, some international orders may experience slight variations due to customs clearance or logistical issues beyond our control.
Import Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply once the order reaches the destination country. If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or refuses to accept the parcel, and the package is returned to sender, the customer will not be eligible for a chargeback.
